I looked up the sceen you mentioned, and yeah that was a bit of a creeper move out of Adrien. Could also be part joke about his identity as Chat Noir. Cats have a way of creeping up on you when they want, and popping out when they choose. Lol. I think I choose to believe it was a subconscious Chat/cat moment inspired by his want to ask her opinion of Chat.
