How do you only have eight reviews on this? This fanfiction is pretty good. Has very few grammar errors here and there but good. Interesting to see a fanfic for planet of the apes that features more of the life of San Francisco before going to the apes right away.

This chapter, like the previous ones were full of emotion. Both Miriam and Preacher living with the guilt of putting their loved ones out of their misery, is really a rather hard thing to do. Hope's entry logs in her journal was equally tough to read as well. Very realistically written in my opinion of one who was stuck in such a crises like that.

I was very interested in learning about the history of what happened to Will, Hope and the others in the journal entries. From what we've gathered a lot of things had happened and I liked that you've even referenced Firestorm, which is awesome.

Anyways, Preacher and Miriam's moment at the end there was a nice breath of fresh air. After all of that turmoil and hurt they've both been through they've sorta connected with each other. Understood one another.

But yeah, great writing still! I'll be waiting to see what happens next. Good Luck!

I could imange it being awkward after that speacily since she lost her virginity to him with out thinking, so Hope knew Caesar I knew she was Wills neice but I didn't know they knew each other?

Thanks for the shout out! I'm glad you've updated this. I see that Miriam is still going through some issues of her own. Her demons so to speak and loneliness. As creatures that needs constant social contact, true loneliness really does and can kill a person, or ape. It's only when one has a strong will to persevere, do they really make it, but even then that's a super rare case. It was nice that Preacher wanted to lift her spirits though, especially bringing her to the Rodman's house to surprise her.

This was a nice chapter. I'm waiting for the next chapter to pop up. Keep up the good work!

This chapter had such a sense of dread to it, it was almost suffocating. But such as it is in this new series and like Miriam, I too am surprised that the others haven't figured out the signs that Carrie is sick. Great job on the chapter though about Miriam's younger years with her old man. I can't wait till we get to the apes sections of the story.
