This is nice and all, but I have just one little nitpick.

And that's about the global warming thing. I mean. The icebergs are already melting (or melted, as a matter of fact), sea levels are on the rise, temperatures are bipolar as sh*t, and we have a literal trash island. I seriously doubt it's fake at this point. Hell, even NASA has an entire page about it.

Y'know. The place with the satellites and space scientists who've dedicated their lives to their careers?

Yeah, that place. Even South Park made an episode on the subject, though it's mostly satirical like all their episodes.

But (AND THIS IS A BIG BUT), it's a cool story nonetheless. Nothing is inherently bad so far, save for the awkward transition to the human's point of view. Grammar's decent, the pacing is alright. Could use work, but it's decent enough for me to understand the gist of what's going on.

So I'll just... I dunno, ignore that entire segment.

This story is absolutely AMAZING! I love it I love pleas keep this going this has to be one of the best Splatoon fanfics I’ve ever read! I hope to god that the Squidbeack Splatoon meets Our main character. Ya know you could totally play it off like a Star Wars Rouge one scene where Marie and Agent 4 get captured by Octavio’s forces only to have the octo resistance free them but (in their confusion) they fight them until Danlie (sorry if I spelt it wrong) lightly pushes them down and says something like this,” Congadultions Squidbeack Splatoon you are being rescued ... please do not resist.” I don’t know why but I can see that happening and I find that hilarious. Any way do what you will I love EVERYTHING about this story and I’m glad someone like you was able to make it keep up the good work I’ll be reading every chapter you put out. Stay Fresh!

Sarcasm aside, looks like it's time to give the old octopus another butt-whooping. Perhaps David will be the one to FINALLY talk some sense into Octavio.

I can tell that you're relatively new to writing. You have some grammatical issues, and some words that are spelled wrong, and some times when you have a sentence that's a bit unclear. It's good to use active verbs whenever you can over passive verbs to describe an action, for example. I'd recommend you ask a writer you like to be your beta reader, who can read your story before you publis it and help you improve.

But that said, your plot and ideas in this story are super interesting! I love the world you've made of Octolings hunting down whatever scraps of power they can find, the mysterious references to a Queen and the hints of a greater society. There's a ton of potential here, and I can tell you worked hard on this! I'd love to see you keep it up and get better at writing so that your ideas can shine through like they deserve to!
