I am also one of those people who likes to make sure the ending is happy before committing to a story. This is so perfect. It lets me know that happiness is there without spoiling anything. The only worry I have right now is secondary characters. I worry about Sage and Scabior.

Interesting interaction between two worlds.

I just binge read everything you've ever written due to being sick and wanting to relax by reading. I am so glad I stumbled upon your profile! You are such a great writer; you truly have such a great grasp of each character's motivations and mannerisms. I also love the way things have begun to change. I'm not always into reading spoilers, but I couldn't help myself this time. I had to get a glimpse of the future if I could. I've always known that James and Petunia would end up together with the way things are going. I admire you for choosing to go down that route as it's unique and different. That you fixed the rift between the Evans' sisters has pleased me more than you know. And before I go any further, I just want to let you know how much I love how you write/portray Lily. Too often, I've found that writers portray Lily as this perfect entity when I think that cannot be further from the truth. I don't think of her as a saint either. Same could be said for Snape. Both characters have made stupid decisions that had me downright disliking them at times in canon. (Same could be said about the Maurauders. I don't like the fanon worship the boys have. The boys were bullies that eventually grew up and matured into decent folk. But they were still arrogant shits as kids.) However, this is what made them human and relatable. You have maintained that humanness and written more in depth to other supporting and new other characters in this AU series. I predict that Benjy and Clara are the parents of Lewis. Basil, however, is Severus's son by Clara. I think Benjy probably won't meet the same fate he had in canon, but I predict he's going to die shortly after his son comes into the picture. Since Severus refers to both Lewis and Basil as his sons... I am thinking he raised Lewis like his own in memory of Benjy. I have this sneaking suspicious that Lily is going to end up with Dirk Cresswell, much to Severus's chagrin. If that is the case, I'm loving it! Hahaha and then Lewis Fenwick marries Francine Cresswell. How fitting. It further ties those two families together. Curious about where Rookwood might fit into this verse though, if she does so at all. Either way, I look forward to reading on how everything happens. I want to know about what happens to Sirius, Sage, Scabior, Pandora, Mei, Regulus, Remus, and even Peter! Please keep up with the good work!

Yes, this answers more questions than it asks. I like the traveling between dimensions aspect and knowing things will work out. Now I can sleep and go back to reading the original story tomorrow.

I must say, I’m glad Lily and Severus don’t end up together. I don’t feel they fit well together. I’m sure they’d both be happy with each other, just not as happy as with someone who suited them better.

i read this earlier and i went through a horrible phase of being SO MAD at james like lmao i was totally on board with james/tuney when i thought snily was gonna be a thing (even tho i don't ship them go figure) but as soon as i realized it WASN'T i felt this unearthly rage overcome me like... i don't even know why. i was just so offended. i related a lot to harry's thoughts on the matter here.

but now i'm totally down for whatever happens in the future... i just can't think about james too long looool...

such a tuney move though, to prefer henry over harry. she would! she really would. you've got such a firm grasp on all of the characters, and i admire your ability to portray young characters realistically in tdkwws - so many people fail to grasp accurate childlike behavior and mannerisms and struggle to convey their age through their dialogue and small actions but you handle it all flawlessly without making anyone lose their core values and what makes them them.

i'm gonna be on the lookout for any guys with brown/blond hair and moms named francine now haha! i gotta figure out who lily's gonna marry! i have a sneaking suspicion that sev's gonna get with clara and that lewis is her and benjy's son, since he dies in canon and lewis has that cleft chin and stocky build your benjy's got... clara's also caught sev's eye in the most recent chap and she's been appearing a lot more recently! she's growing on me, so maybe i'm just looking for clues where there aren't any just cuz i really like her, but... :) here's to hoping!

i'm glad that "all was well" for everyone in both universes, anyway. of course sev would figure out a way to check on the other universe - lily probably desperately needed reassurance harry was okay after all that time. makes me wonder why she didn't come along. it was good for sev, too, i think, to hear that harry thought he did the right thing in the end.
