Very interesting. The characterization of Jon Snow is far different from canon. The humble, prideful and honorable Jon Snow is not present here. It would have been interesting to have a Lord Eddard in King's Landing in the form of Jon Snow.

Uh, that's a nice way for Littlefinger to get assassinated. He must be really full of himself, or certain about Jon's honor and how it swings. If I were reincarnated in ASOIAF with no memory of the series and been confronted by Baelish like that, I'd have him killed ASAP.

I'm starting to really dislike Rhaegar. So he's pretty much pulling a Dumbledore and raising Jon like a pig for slaughter so he can die at the right moment? Welp, we all know that prophecies can be misinterpreted and they rarely end the way we think they will. I wouldn't be surprised if it's actually Aegon that's meant to die and Jon that's meant to be the Prince that was Promised/Azor Ahai. I kinda really want Rhaegar to live through the Long Night just so he'd be able to see all of his dreams and plans go down the drain. He obviously never really loved Lyanna at all if he's totally cool with her son dying. That actually makes sense...did he purposely leave Jon in Winterfell despised for being a bastard and making him have extremely low self-esteem so that he WOULD be a sacrificial lamb like Harry Potter?
