Inconsistency: You named the female owl Athena, but in this chapter you called her Freya. Other than that I really like the story.
Inconsistency is a pet peeve.

I got really into it- read it all in one sitting and found myself disappointed that there wasn't more. It flows well and I look forward to more someday _

Harry totally needs to right a Will so that Teddy's taken care of(unless Nymph and Remus lived), plus I would hate for Malfoy to get the title Lord Black as long as Harry re-adopts Andromeda back into the family (BC let's face it Lady Magic likes Harry more and the Blacks became insane)then Teddy can uncontestedly become Lord Black. I don't know how the Lord Lord title would work.

If Nymph and Remus survive 150,000... If they don't Andromeda 100,000

I hope both Fred and George survived, Harry could leave them 100,000 Gallons.

Ron 25,000 (BC he's a horrible friend - always abandoning Harry)

Ministry of Magic 250,000 on the conditions that a law is past that everyone that becomes Minister/Department Head/Undersecretary signs Magical Binding Contracts that they will not abuse their power or take bribes.

St. Mungo's 500,000 on the conditions that they incorporate Mundane Medical knowledge... They've underestimated them some much that they don't even release they were surpassed 25-50 years ago.

Hogwarts Restoration and Betterment - 100,000,000 under the conditions that things are actually improved especially safety, education, and abused children. All monetary distribution goes through a Goblin preferably the King. If Hogwarts cannot find a teacher then they will ask the Goblin in charge of the monetary distribution for help, BC Harry will NOT have ANOTHER child subjugated to torture like he was (aka Umbridge through use of Blood Quill). All staff old and new must sign the Founders Charter Teacher Contract, for the students safety.

good so far, but remember that without conflict your story gets too light. Man cannot be written in light or dark, but shades of gray, I am meaning to say that while the Divines may play a role, certain Princes are not exclusively evil, Meridia, Nocturnal, Azura, and several others are grayer then other princes, but need to be respected...

You have my attention so far. I'm interested in knowing if Harry will gain a family of his own however I know that this is still very early in the story to truly speak of it.

I will keep a watch on it and see what happens.

a few grammar/spelling errors throughout the 3 chapters you currently got posted but I enjoyed it so far and look forward to more of it

This last chapter I find better than the second and some of the first. You outfitted Harry better than most endgame adventurers. They way you set it up Harry doesnt really have to interact with anyone because he has a palace in a box with all the comforts of home.
I can see the justification of any one or even several of those gifts but all together they really seem to be a bit much.
Suggested pruned list
- Memories (parents, Voldemort, Dumbledor) - knowledge is fine because Harry has to filter and actually master it to put it into use. And that is a truly comprehensive list when you combine their developments and masteries. Armor, holsters, tent and maps can be dropped as Harry can now make those things himself.
- Magic Trunk/Pack filled with things Harry owns by right. (Well reasoned, changing pattern on Gold, Silver, Copper coinage is simple, basic and still leaves him fantastically wealthy. Spare Wands are always useful. Family Grimoire is a nice touch, left obsolete via Resurrection Stone but Family connections are good)
- Founders Artifacts are again well reasoned and decent power sets
- Introductory materials - good idea and was rightfully promised to him, but beyond "this is your new body and these are the new rules you work under" it was too much. You proved in this chapter that most of that information Harry can pick up by talking to people or going to a book shop.
- Mirror of communication - part of travel bargain and justified.
- needs more useless junk he owns, like eight different furniture sets or a few wardrobes of women's dresses. A pile of junk means that once you have a place to sort through it and unload some that you can find useful items you didn't think to write in early.

List of advised removals
- Hedwig is dead. Don't handwave it
- House elves are unnecessary and with the Thalmor, politically dangerous. If they aren't plot relevant, drop them.
- Get rid of the Tent/House. Harry knows how to apparate and no one else does. Baring ancient enchanted ruins, Harry should always be able to return to his house or home base once he gets one. If you must have one a single room tent with camp kitchen (such as on the Hunt) would be fine for Harry alone.
- most of the magic items like the armor or the map, Harry can now make himself. Realizing it's usefulness, digging up the memories, and practicing to implement are important periods of personal growth and learning that you are just skipping.
- Food. For the Dragonborn, Food is a luxury item mostly useful for quick health Regeneration. Having an infinite supply of food is another thing that is preventing Harry from actually engaging with his environment. With no food, Harry would have to hunt and engage with the world or buy and engage with people.

You have a great idea here and i don't want to see you drop it because you look back and can't stand what you have written. I hope this is more helpful to you than damaging to your motivation
