I think that Sirius and Amelia should raise Harry together. Along with Susan. And I hope Amelia Brings The Dursleys and Dumbledore up on criminal charges..

I'm always amazed that even when there's a suspicion of foul play on Dumbles part towards Harry, the Adults that become his Guardians still allow for him to be exposed to and under his almost total control at Hogwarts.
Let alone 9-10 months out of the year where Dumby can say or do pretty much what he wants and hide the proof of his nefarious deeds... after all he has all his 'pawns' already on his side at Hogwarts.
I wouldn't let Harry (or Susan, for that matter as a potential hostage) anywhere near that sticky-fingered, manipulative, self proclaimed light-lord.
I firmly believe that Dumby is a more insidious dark-lord than Voldie.
