Great update!

This has been a FANTASTIC read, I've hardly been able to put it down since I started it! Excellent, excellent work, love how you've so seamlessly injected Ren into the story without it seeming out of place or just a bland rehashing of the original series, and I'm very interested to see where her investigation into Ichigaki's funders go! This last chapter, having Ren be the one to take Amanuma down-what a gut punch! Thank you for writing this!

I'm a little surprised you don't go with Kurama, killing Amanuma like before and when he was restricted it would have been some thing for her and Kurama to not only relate but to argue about.

I am so in love with this story! It's more original than I've seen in a long time,especially for YYH! I look forward to reading more about it.

yay another chapter. more of a transitionary one i guess. i wonder how the kaito stuff is gonna come into play. excited for the action thats about to happen :)

aw man, i'm all caught up now. and it's even a cliff-hangery type ending though i think i can guess at what happened based off of what happened in the anime. honestly the whole sensui saga is my least favorite. i'm looking forward to the next update!

i always like when the oc actually affects the plot line somewhat rather than being a passive observer or a character whose actions don't actually affect anything. that's why i liked the whole thing with kurama and the shoe. it was small but it did actually change stuff from the show. i hope there's more of that coming! i imagine she helps them out with goblin city since there seemed to be some foreshadowing about that.

anyway i also look forward to the development of her relationship with kurama and their side quest with spirit world/ichigaki. the way you write kurama is really well done. a lot of fics don't write him as threatening or intelligent as he is in the show and the oc/ship character is often just instantly enamored/fangirling over him. i like how you're doing it gradually. so far she seems conflicted about finding him attractive cuz she's mostly been exposed to his brutal side, and i think the whole situation with him killing the kid at goblin city would be a good bonding thing since they both killed a kid. but i think once she see's his nicer mama's boy side maybe she'll start to realize he ain't so scary after all.

i had a dream last night that i was reading this fanfic and excitedly moving onto the next chapter only to realize i had caught up. so today i checked how many chapters are left and that will soon be a reality :(

your writing is on the professional level, such a refreshing change of pace from the average fanfic on here. your pacing is perfect. you know exactly how much time to spend on each thing and you transition seamlessly to the next thing. barely a typo in all of it so far. i hope you continue to update! i know how hard it can be lol
