Nice to see that Zira wasn't destroyed, but just weakened, hopefully she will regain her full strength, and be able to to tell Scar what a jerk he is once again :-)

Aww, I had hoped Zira would survive this, would have been nice to see her attain some kind of enlightenment as time passed and cast off her bitterness

I don't have much to say other than I really enjoyed the story. Scar in particular is a flawed lion but not one dimensional. Sympathetic without being always right.

It was great! I think it was the right call to make the chapters and overall story short, because rational fiction tends to be a somewhat demanding read, not only because it’s built upon requiring you to think, but also because its prose almost always contains walls of awkward, unstylish refutations by the main characters (which there were thankfully less of here), and all of that doesn’t work well with numerous, long chapters.

This fic is the dankest. It was a good trip. Like getting high off fruit that lets you shoot fireballs from your eyes, and lightning from your arse.

Looks like Simba took on some of his uncle's mannerisms. One day Scar, whoop those star kings' asses. Will be hard to build spaceships without opposable thumbs. Timon and Pumba are on wanted lists?
