I know this is already done, and you had it done from the start, but I have to say I feel you made the Puella Magi far too powerful. Mami, I can somewhat accept. Sayaka and Kyoko are far too strong though.

Sayaka is not a skilled swordswoman. Her fighting method is berserker offence, blocking out the pain and letting het accelerated healing make up for her no defence.

Kyoko is weak because she gimps herself. Her main power is illusion magic with her Rosso Phantasma (Mami named that) creating copies of herself. She’s more skilled than Sayaka, but Kyubey makes it clear the only reason is because she had more Grief Seeds to recharge with, meaning Kyoko’s overall ability is fairly low.

If this was made after Volume 6 Chapter 3, the purifying light might have actually burned away the corruption surrounding Salem and leaving her as her original human self. Of course the "before they're born clause" would mean Madoka would intercept Salem before her dive into the Pools of Annihilation. Whether she would override the Gods' immortality she had is up for debate, but Madoka certainly wouldn't let her make that swim.

I think it's safe to say that Homura and Ruby's souls are distinct, it's just that Homura's soul is stuck in Ruby's body alongside Ruby's own. (Kind of like Ozpin and Oscar) It's reasonable to say that the moment Ruby and Homura learn of Madoka's danger, that Homura would IMMEDIATELY kick Ruby out of the driver's seat and ASSUME DIRECT CONTROL. With that in mind, it means the aura surrounding the lori would be Homura's violet rather than Ruby's red. The actual Ruby is probably panicking wondering why she suddenly seems to have no control over her own body.

I'm going to have to keep in mind that this was written before Volume 6 Chapter 3 where we learned EVERYTHING about Salem. While she's not the same kind of witch, she is called one, and fits enough that Madoka would want to see her. Similarly, while it may not have been covered when this was made, it has been stated that the Grimm are basically constructs by the God of Darkness to spread as much destruction as they can, to get back at his brother. (Because even Gods have petty sibling rivalries)

This has effectively confirmed that there are 2 Madokas: an unpowered Madoka working at the clinic, and Madokami making sure they get out of trouble.

If you want a more serious title than "Magical Girl," you could use the term "lich."

Madoka is going to be VERY confused when she meets Jaune. I wonder if she'll notice anything familiar with him. On a completely unrelated note, I wonder if Mulan was a meguca.

Madoka will conspicuously stand out as a violation of the CNR. That said, she would fit right in as an avatar of Gretchen. In the same vein, Homura represents Faust himself, and Sayaka, the little mermaid, just like how Ruby is Little Red Riding Hood. Shenanigans could _possibly_ ensue with Sayaka, but only probably with an unnamed extra in Menagerie. I'm not sure who Mami and Kyouko are based on, if anyone.

I do find it hilarious that her meguca costume might actually be LESS out of place than her casual wear. It's complete with a Combat Skirt! At least nobody will wonder what her colour is. Nora might even try to befriend her just because she matches her and Ren's pink. (Yes, Ren is technically pink, not green.)

I don't think the Brothers would be terribly happy with this. GoD (Wilhelm) might even take her actions as a declaration of war. I'm not sure who'd win that given that they've both shown equivalent feats: Killing all life on Earth minus one.

Student here!~ Well I did not expect that you will go to the peaceful ending(AKA the normal ending for all games) ,and finish a bit like rebellion ending without the whole Madoka imprisonment thingy. For all seem fix and ended, there still more to add!? What could be it? since the most Rwbyverse character reveal having good times in there peacefully alternate life? Is something to do to Ozpin and the Grimm Brothers? or this is about the Alternate RWBYVERSE isn't peaceful at all(I think Adam will goes Eco-terrorist to protect nature). Anyway I hope that the next and last chapter be more happy than a bit melancholy.
