Yea Kakashi needs to get off his butt and teach then new stuff, as lightning is week against wind and Naruto is a wend user then he needs to learn some wind jutsu maybe help him coat a short sword in wind chakra to cut Kakashis lightning ball attack in half or other lightning techniques. Ten Ten can help him train in swordsmanship
