Let's see, Danny/Raven, Robin/Starfire, Beastboy/Terra, and you were planning Cyborg/Jinx. ... Well, that's every Teen Titan with someone. ... Only one of them will be dating someone outside of the team. Though I'm sure she'll stop being a villain, and at least earn a place as an honorary Titan.

If Ellie is Danny and Raven's daughter, then she is NOT Dani. Dani is NOT Danny's daughter, she's his clone, and she should already exist at this point. Vlad created her. Dani's just a female version of Danny. Same hair color, eye color, everything.
Don't get me wrong. I like Ellie. I like Danny and Raven having a daughter, BUT, at the beginning of chapter '17. Chapter 16:How Long Is Forever?' in your Author Notes (A/N) you claimed that Ellie is future Dani, which is impossible. Dani wouldn't BE Dani if she wasn't Danny's clone.

I've been listening to the Opening song of Danny Phantom during this whole story, but when they set up Ember's equipment on the stage, I started listening to Ember's song 'Remember'. OXD

I vote for Raven/Danny and put Jinx with someone else. Though you don't technically have to put her or Cyborg with anyone. If you were gonna worry about giving everyone someone, then you would have to worry about Beastboy too. (Robin/Starfire)

I'm a LITTLE disappointed. There was no mention of the fact that Danny exists OUTSIDE of time. Thus making him immune to changes in Time, like time being stopped.
But other than that (and the missing words), I loved it!

Again, my ONLY problem is that you need to fix spelling and grammar and that you seem to be leaving out words and name, making some sentences a little hard to read.
But other than that.
