The Unders are so so sweet! What a clever little (pardon the pun) invention. I love that you're staying true to the plot while maintaining a level of originality, it makes the story so much more enjoyable to read.
As for what Jared would see if he opened the "Scary Door", might I suggest a closet full of sweatpants?

Wow, the under family is adorable! I can easily see them being created in the creature shop. Let's hope she gets to the center on time, before Clutch finds her. Also, dose anyone notice how hesitant Jareth was when he saw that Lara is afraid of the dark. My guess is this would be the first time he ever actually felt guilt, then brushes it off as a way of I Can't Think Like This. This is good! Can't wait for more!

I really like it so far, but I'm confused as to when Callie wished the other kid away? It seems like there's a gap in the story..maybe there's a chapter missing? otherwise keep up the good work
