Pregnancy can be hard, but Rory is well flanked with Luke and Lorelai by her side. Hormones are horrible, and she knows that Luke loves her and is only trying to help and support her, but again, hormones are horrible. Love the little gifts to Luke and Emily announcing the baby's gender. I must say that was a rather unusual meeting with the editor, but look at the end result: magical! You have to hand it to Luke: he is sensible and practical and that makes him both a winner and a keeper! A great story. Thanks so much for writing this. So glad that Luke got to experience so many things with this baby that he was never allowed to share with his own baby. Good work!

What's great about it is it's not easy to deal with the situation, and they don't handle things perfectly, but they stick together anyway.
Very clever announcement of the gender.
