This is just if I were Wonder Woman here, but someone anesthetized is not incredibly different from someone in an altered state of mind, the main thing here being they both don't feel pain, so instead of attacking as Wonder Woman does, which doesn't work incredibly well, I would instead target his mobility. Achilles tendon, knees, pelvic girdle - anything part of the support structure for standing and moving.
Again, just my take.
