| DjTranquility chapter 27 . 7/26/2019 This fic. Everything about this fic was just lovely. I loved how you have written and portrayed the relationship between Hiccup and Astrid in Engineering An Awkward Romance. The modern-AU, the circumstance and how the plot progressed was a breath of fresh air for a Hiccstrid lover like myself! I also loved the concept of the wildlife conversation centre. Found it to be a lovely interpretation and representation of the dragons in a modern-AU. The whole 'forbidden relationship' they had going on and sneaky-beaky nature of it had me on toes and I loved the interaction between the couple, especially with how Astrid would tease and taunt him in class. Also, Cami deserves the award for best wing-woman. Straight up. Valka also deserves the best mother award of the year. Even though knowing that the forbidden relationship could potentially ruin her son's career and that her son was lying to her, she didn't flip out but instead went on to help him apply for his dream job. Overall, this fic was a nice balance of fluffy romantic moments and steamy smut. I love it 3 Yours Sincerely, DJTranquility |
