Spencer would make a great dad, wouldn't he? I always thought it was funny that they mentioned the Reid Effect in ep 1 and then kids just... seemed to love him, lol!

Oh, wow... where do I even begin. I love your writing and this was sooo sweet! What a fitting title too. Honestly, I understood why the writers killed her. It was the plan from the beginning and I thought that maybe it was better that way, although that seems to be an unpopular opinion. While the love between Maeve and Reid was there, Maeve herself... I never could get attached to the character herself. So I guess you could say that I had mixed feelings about the Maeve/Reid storyline, although I want Spence to be happy so this is a very nice alternate ending. I love that Reid finally got to tell her "I love you." The fact that he never did... and the fact that the first time he laid eyes on her was minutes before she was killed, quite frankly broke my heart. Also, a very nice touch with them buying each other the same book. What a coincidence! I bet that's a story to tell the kids!
I also liked how you didn't ignore Lila. Personally, I liked her a bit better than Maeve- she was so different from Reid, yet they just clicked. It seemed like the chemistry just came naturally.
Anyways, back to my original point, lol, I do really like how you didn't ignore her. Stories that ignore Reid's previous relationship with Lila are a pet peeve of mine.

I can't wait to find out about JJ's and Will's second child. I was laughing the entire time, and I bet Hotch woud be thinking about who is worse when it comes to their eyes Spencer or Eva since Spencer used his eyes on Hotch in Profiler Profiled when it came to his physics magic.

I love the sneak peek, and I can't wait to find out what Spencer meant about Eva.
Here's a suggestion about a future chapter due to Maeve's comment about shooting a gun, she should learn how to shoot after the baby is born and have a competition with Spencer.

I don't blame Spencer for wanting to avoid alcohol, but on the show Spencer pretty much avoided drinking alcoholic beverages because of his past drug addiction.
