| NightingaleComics chapter 12 . 12/27/2018 First off, I love the entire basis of this story. I love anything related to Dragon Slayers and their mates and especially when its Lacus and Lucy pairings. It kinda feels very dialogue heavy, with the characters telling things the reader already knows. A way to expand the plot and not repeat things unnecessary is showing the reader. For example, dont just tell us the readers what they're feeling, show us. I want to read how Lucy's lip trembles when shes in pain. I want to see Bixlow goofing off and how his clothes act I when hes performing his tricks. I want to see how their body languages are and the smell of the air and the weather and how the air tingles when Laxus is angry and using his powers. I want to see how he cares for Lucy and is gentle with her. By the way, I used to have this problem when I first started out and I sent mean to be mean or rude, cause I absolutely adore this story, but I do hope you consider it constructive criticism that it is. |
