This such a lovely fic! Omg it broke my heart to see Raven not believing Dick didnt love her, but it's so in character! The five year time skip mustve been so angsty for the both of them, I am so curious to see how Dick dealt with it! LOL Dick is so dumb in the last chapter but I still love him! Great fic! Sweet story but they are so rushing into marriage. I anticipated more of a slow burn. To go from 5 years without each other to an instant proposal is wild. They haven't even established a relationship dynamic. That being said, there is something really special about Raven's hesitancy and reluctance. Her affection for him is obvious even with her cautious behavior. Loved this. More dickrae please?

I love it! It’s so great! I love stories where Raven is a doctor or healer in some capacity and that thing with the bomb really had me going! Loved it!

Awww this story made my heart melt :)

This reminds me of my own life right now. I made this amazing friend in college. We’ve grown so so so close and have this amazing friendship, but like Richard and Raven no one really sees this, no one pictures us as a couple. We’ve now graduated and work together as health care professionals and I feel this is headed in the same direction too, our relationship is growing even stronger and headed down a similiar direction like in this story. I hope it has a happy ending as well :)

Please tell me it’s not over! I need to see their five-years-in-the-making date! There has to be an extra “five years later” chapter about how she anticipated the date hopefully, but at the same time telling herself he was obviously going to forget. Then him reaching out to her on the promised date, how their lives have or haven’t changed and whether or not they actually end up together (they have to!). Please don’t leave me hanging

He's such an anxious puppy, in several different ways. At the beginning he was close to a panic attack and then at the end it was like, antsy optimism. lol

That conversation about the reach of her powers was interesting. It cleared things up and helped the both of them come to some realizations.
Poor girl though. It wasn't hard to tell how tortured she feels over what her powers can cause. The guilt was practically freaking palpable.
