I really like the humour in this story! You balance it well with the action. You put in the exposition so it doesn't feel too clunky.

And the fact that Alex got caught only because of his ice-cream craving... haha :P Also, his reaction to the sale on french onions.

I really love how you included all the prompts. Making "Liberty" into an organsiation is absolute genius, the onion sign and Alex's blasé comment was really funny and I genuinely felt scared when Alex found the monkey toy. I also loved the ending for the character development and I think it was a brilliant insight seeing how we all view Alex as this invincible superspy whose recklessness is an asset.
