I have watched Rogue One so many times - it's my favorite Star Wars movie (controversial among many, u know and I'm sorry) and I LOVED the ending. I genuinely romanticize the idea of these two heroes, sacrificing themselves (and the what could be romance wise between them) to try to save the universe, without ever knowing whether it will work or not.

There is truly something to tragic and poetic about it.

Having said that, of course I ship Jyn/Cassian like no one's business. I wouldn't change the ending, but my heart wants to so badly - I think that weighs into why I love it so much.

In my ventures reading other fanfics on other sites, I haven't been able to find a slowburn story that stayed true to the plot/starwars universe. And the one other one I did got over the top cheesy (hardcore disappoint).

THIS STORY IS SO EXCELLENT. Slow burn, obvious personality quirks and insecurities paving the way, some good ol' sexual tension and misunderstandings and you stayed so true to the character personalities. The growth of their relationship felt very organic.

I love Kay, I couldn't be more thrilled with his dialogue and mannerisms.
