Wow, I started reading this fic when you were first writing it. And then real life got in the way. But I got bit with a nostalgic need for Zutara again and I rediscovered this story again and read it from first to finish. This was such a wonderful ride, thank you! I just wish that we could have been treated to Zuko meeting vision-Katara, and more chapters of life after the war. The epilogue felt like you were just getting started, and I was sad that it just ended! Anyway, that’s just be being greedy. Thank you again for a wonderful story.

This is one of those stories I didn't know I needed untill I read it. It's the Zutara fanfiction I was looking for and wanting to read while at the same time not knowing what that was untill I read the first chapter of Mending Wounds. I was excited at the end of the first chapter and continually excited at the end of every subsequant chapter. I know I will come back to this story to read at a later time and full in love with it all over again.
On to your other stories I go, I can't wait!

I love this story. Very well written, and you do such a good job of staying true to everyone's character. There were places in almost every chapter where I genuinely laughed - it's so tough to capture the original comedy of the series without being cheesy, but you definitely did! I would have loved to see more of everyone's life after the war, and a bit more of the interaction and development between Zuko and the rest of the gaang. It's almost like the epilogue wasn't really an epilogue, but a last chapter. I would have loved another chapter or two delving into more post-war Zuko and Katara, and really bringing home the closure. Still though, that probably speaks to your writing that I'm left wanting more! Great job, and thank you for writing this .

I read this whole story and I’m just amazed how well this is written and believable. I love all the swamp visions of Zuko. Loved this. Can’t wait to read your other stories.

Just finished the chapter right before they enter the swamp, and I wanted to say how much I enjoy and adore this story and your writing style. The characters don’t feel unreasonable considering the circumstances, and they act in a way I’d expect them to at this approximate stage of their character development before the story branches off into your own plot. I love your writing style, it’s poetic and descriptive without being excessive, and you can write so many emotions or actions in only a couple of sentences. I aspire to be able to write so concisely one day. I’m excited to see what happens when they enter the swamp, and how this story will resolve. I’ll keep reading, but just wanted to leave a review because this is such a good story! :)
