Wow, was I excited when I saw this... I remember feeling the same way every time you posted a new chapter for the first Dark Matters. I have just come back from my own months long hiatus of fanfiction in general, and I am so glad to have an undoubtedly amazing work to ease me back into it. This first chapter was an amazing start, as always you were able to create such a powerful hook that immediately immerses me into the story. Whew, I could go on and on about how much I enjoyed this chapter, but instead, I'm just gonna get back to reading

Okay lady, first, you are a bang up writer. I could not put this down. What you lack in polish, you make up with original story lines and very earnest and real feeling dialogue.
Second, I am fascinated by your AU story line. Lucas' version of Leia always rang hollow to me. I mean really? The strongest force user just says "Meh, it's probably not for me." I don't think so. I love the way you write her vulnerability and his. It's very raw and totally fitting in a war torn world.
I'll go back and read the first one and then have to read the second one again to try and figure out what exactly made it like literary crack.
This was my favorite ff in forever, you maybe should do a lot more writing.

I have now caught up on this fic after coming back from vacation and well done on another greatly written story under your belt! The last update was published almost a month ago so i'm hoping that means you'll soon drop the Dawn To Dusk sequel any day now, no pressure (;
