I have to agree with the rest of the fans of this fic, an update would be much appreciated. I find myself coming back to this story annually and re-reading it. I've contemplated taking it off of my favorites list several times, but for whatever reason I just don't. I think that it has to say something that there are so many people still reading this fic and still reviewing after such a long absence. I hope that one day you will decide to pick this up again.

Yes! It's been a long time, but also it's been well worth the wait. I'm so glad to know that you're continuing with this story, Kitt! Good for you; don't let the demon that is procrastination defeat you! Actually, this has revived my Aeris/Reeve plotbunny... ::ponders:: Hmm...I have to get round to reviewing your other fics too...
Anyway, another great installment. Tifa's character is becoming more and more human and understandable as you progress with this. Yes, she has her fair share of flaws, but you make even the most obvious of them seem totally natural. I'm finding myself sympathising (and to a degree, identifying) with her a lot as this story goes on. Her mental sparring with herself and her denial is very involving. I can't wait to see what happens when she finds out the truth; you're building the drama and tension up so well.
And your other characters are great. I love your Vincent. I love your Reeve. I love your Yuffie. Your characterization is simply perfect and all the little scenes and tiny interactions were excellent. It really gave off a genuine sense of friendship, you know? The only problem I can think of is that I want to see more of them, Cloud in particular. Also, the idea of Vincent's dream was very intruiging...will we ever find out what it was?
I like Gigi, but I wanted to strangle her in this chapter. I totally related to Tifa's wish for a nice, quiet party with just close friends, so when Gigi brought along her troupe...grr.
And the party...I love how you're using it to mount the atmosphere and dramatic tension. You do realize, I hope, that by the time you're finished with this next chapter, my nerves are probably gonna be in tatters, don't you? The sense of anticipation you created is fantastic. I WANT to know what happens next! So please do update when you can! Best of luck with your muse! _~
