As I was reading this chapter, I kept thinking that since different species different races, then my funny brain went to think about what type of race would a fox and bunny be. And while Judy was ending her call with her worried-about-foxes parents, I imagined that the Hopps would be Indian or Chinese because of their helicopter parenting, and especially their overwhelming bias against another species. L O L My brain. It has gone down another road imagining Judy with brown skin and Asian features...

Something tells me that this party is going to be huge! XD Another great chapter and that twist from Bogo was a shocker! Great work on this chapter!

Looks like they are getting along a little bit better now. That and I'm glad to see that Judy not only showed how much she knew, but that she was able to teach the class as well with little prep time and being surprised like that. Very nice chapter and I really enjoyed it. :)

Nice chapter. That was a good call from Nick, Clawhauser was completely out of control... now I wonder what he has in mind and what Clawhauser will be doing in the near future.

Bogo just surpassed Jerk 101 and graduate to Jerk 410. XD Not even being the hospital and out of it makes him give you any leeway. I could see someone going into a coma and the moment they wake up, he's already there saying they failed for not turning in their homework. XD

Hopefully things turn around for Judy. I'm sure there is only so much she can take before breaking like in the movie.

Some good fortune at least, but I'm thinking this is the only reprieve she'll be getting for a good long while. It's law school, after all, and breaks are a rarity for those students!

I truly do sympathize with Judy, but as Natalie was saying, at this point, the most important thing is that she doesn't run herself into the ground. Just do the best she can on this paper given the unfortunate circumstances, and in the grand scheme of things, it's only one measly paper. She'll prove herself to Bogo all in due time.

These past couple of chapters also reminded me a lot of what the main character goes through in the movie "Whiplash," car accident and all. If Judy's not careful, the road to perfection might be her undoing unless she slows down a bit!

Good chapter, Lapis. Curious to find out how Judy will fare with the rest of the paper and what Bogo will think of it. Will she tell him about the car accident, too? Might earn her some sympathy points, but we'll see.

Hmm, maybe some more good luck, but I can also see Bogo saying, "Hopps, getting hit by a car and bring sent to the hospital for the day is no excuse for not finishing a report." XD I wonder how she'll complete it and how the rest of the week will go for them all?
