… It's too bad that someone discreetly "helping" those heart attacks along on the first revelation would /probably/ interfere in getting the official declaration of being a chosen heir and successor out of the way before the old farts dropped dead. Ideally, they'd want all of that fragment of bureaucratic things sorted out and recorded so no one can argue too much when our darling Decimo takes over in the wake of the deaths of the Ninth Gen.
On the other hand, non-fatal heart attacks means they will still be alive to properly suffer the Vindice's punishments for their crimes and their subsequent fall from grace, so…

I'm honestly not sure I could see this Tsu as Decimo. Managing people yes, somewhat, but running a famiglia, or a large business or anything like that? In the background I know they are technically Kyoya's secretary and it's definitely not all show, but still. I suppose it's a time Quality Underbosses are important - keeps what wrangling the Big Boss has to do at a given moment to a minimum. At least they've already got most of the Varia onside?
It could be fun though, hella options to mess with literally everybody in one way or another. And most of the "minions" personally linked so far are pretty damned competent if not fully trained. Yet.

Do we have any reason for Tsu or their coterie to run across Chrome-chan or Mukuro-tachi anytime before the canon BS comes around (or tries to, rather)? Quite curious about our lovely Misty Sky interacting with the other Mists we know of and love. ...How old should Fran be around now, I think he's a fair bit younger than the others but not by how much? I can imagine him being entertained by the "Fluffy Kitsune", and the littlest brats being unphased but entertained (Lambo, Ipin, and Fuuta). I do have to wonder how well childish energy could hold up against sugar-high hyperactivity, and how long it will take before people start lamenting the folly of letting Tsu-chan and Kura-kun influence the actual-toddlers, corrupting the next generation before actually reproducing themselves. XD

...Oh man, if Tsu can get a period, then they can also probably get pregnant. If being stuck for a couple days on their cycle makes them twitchy, can you imagine how bad nine months of pregnancy will be someday? Yikes. The thought might be premature at their age now, but it would certainly be an effective motivator to ensure Kyoya never ever allows even the slightest slip in the thorough use of contraceptives once they start doing that. (presuming their relationship doesn't change much before then- he's still claiming the actual-boyfriend slot to the labeling of those who ought to know it's a ruse, had it remained as one.)
(And yes it would mostly be on those kinds of options, I don't think the pill is a good idea on a body that's constantly shifting like that, thus the very strong need for other solutions/precautions.)

Well, even if they manage to get the initial effort to "send a tutor to train Tsunayoshi to become Heir" started before getting arrested by the Vindice, it certainly won't go like canon - Reborn is already aware that the kid in question is attached to Fon and Fon's grandson, if not fully informed and up to date, so he'd /better/ think to contact his fellow Arcobaleno before jumping in. While they might enjoy springing chaos on the chaos-worshipper, it still would be absolutely nothing at all like the canon shenanigans, not by this point. Hell, Reborn might even decline the contract, citing a disinclination to cross a fellow Arcobaleno, and tip Fon off. (If any of the others can match Reborn or make him wary of tangling with them while pissed off, it's Fon.) Xanxus and the Varia would be all in for tricking and manipulating the Old Farts to both get them arrested and to ensure they have heart attacks once they find out too late what they've handed the family over to. (That being an Actual Kitsune with hyperactive tendencies and a plethora of Crazy and protective Guardians, none of whom are Putting Up With Your Bullshit.)

Oh man. Daemon. Half of all Vongola BS is in some way Daemon's fault. We know how the hidebound old farts will react, but how would the obsessive specter of a Mist determined to make and keep Vongola strong and bloody deal with a playful Kitsune and it's skulk? (Also how would he have reacted to Tsuna's sealing in the first place had he known of it? In favor of keeping Giotto's heritage at bay, from ruining the Vongola once more -in his opinion? Or suitably horrified and angered at the waste of potential?)
I can actually see him less phased by the gender-switching than one might expect, if only because he didn't have the luxury of only ever possessing men since he lost his own body. Kid is still apparently not only capable of siring more brats of his bloodline, but possibly carrying them too. (periods are supposed to be tied to the fertility cycle and all, and the most practical pragmatic reason to be concerned with someone else's swap in this context is the loss of fertility modern medical solutions for such things tend to result in.)

It's really fun causing Hibari Kyoya of all people to declare "WTF" even if only in his own head. He's quite fun, when we have his personal outlook.

This is a very interesting very different story that I honestly would love to read more of I love the idea of a pranking/mischief loving Tsuna or really a foxy kitsune like Tsuna. I guess the difference between the male and female forms of Tsuna will be much more telling later on or will it still be really difficult to tell the difference between them?
