Why's everyone so bad towards jaune…?it's weird

Just so I can follow up when you rework and release the Arc Dragon that you want in the coming months. What will you rename it as?

Lovely and happy to see you are starting back this story...i hope you will go through...life tends to kick you in unexpected ways but never give up ...i know i been through those kind of matters too and while it might not be exact same scenario n circumstances we must move on...i look forward to the story n i hope to see qa jnpr focus story n a lovely arkos for once since its so rare to see it..not to mention it has the most impact haha...knight n dragon literally...plus pryhha n jaune is the most orgamic i seen tbh

If you do rewrite this story don't make into a only villains win while the main characters continuously struggle yet never get anywhere... Also you are giving cinder waaaay too much credit... Considering how strong you made cinder out to be then it stands to reason that the other maidens are just as strong as well right? Then if this is true... Their is literally no fucking reason for the maidens to be hiding at all considering that they could stomp anyone that steps to them like how cinder did with ozpin

I just want one fic where emeralds semblance is made ineffective... Maybe countered by another but stronger illusion semblance?

AH neat. I remember reading this long time ago. Think last time was chapter 3 or 4 so I read the last chapters before this one. Interesting reasoning for this story, when put that way I can understand feeling a bit let down on someones work for one reason or another that you just get the urge to make your own or think of what you would have done differently.

I liked the entertainer but there were times where it was a bit to...drawn out in the drama department. Proffessor Arc was a bit of a crack fic in my opinion. As many scenarios leave me scratching my head how the charade keeps lasting especially to certain characters but it was funny.

This fic was pretty interesting though. My only problem really was how everyone seems to be taking Jaune's secret. Yes I understand keeping secrets isn't always a good thing especially when it interferes with things. But just because their friends and/or teammates doesn't mean they're entitled to sharing their secrets. Or even just things that are private or delicate to bring up emotionally.

They all seem to ignore the fact that Jaune literally saved many of their lives and others while also plugging up defenses before he collapsed where he might have died if Qrow didn't find him. Even the Beacon teachers are losing their minds about this even jumping to potential conclusion of him being a threat still. Even if comparing his low fighting skills to the lying behemoth of destruction he can turn into shouldn't make them think he is a possible enemy.

There are many reasonable reasons they could consider outside of that that would explain his weak fighting and ability to change but it seems they are stuck on either friend or foe.

As for the students they seem way out of it in their stances.

Most are being ridiculous with how they are dealing with this secret. I mean don't they have secrets or personal things they don't want to bring up unless the need arises?

Blake didn't bring up whatever relationship she had with Adam despite the man almost killing her and Yang before Jaune body slammed through the place which despite the damage indirectly saved her from either dying or following canon and losing an arm.

Weiss never brings up her crappy home life despite singing a song at the start of the series that pretty much just says she is the loneliest of all. To prideful to share her issues.

Yang, never brings up her mother who abandon her family not a secret but i doubt she wants to shout it to the world.

Ren and Nora never bring up their home life or lack of one depending if they had such in this fic.

Pyrrha kept the maiden thing a secret despite everything leading up to that point and all the problems that came with it.

Jaune I felt should have not played dumb but who knows his reasoning. For all anyone knows he could be protecting his family, maybe it's a law, maybe theirs a punishment for him revealing or maybe he is just scared of being seen as a freak. All are reasonable possibilities that it seems none have really considered. Is it fair to force a secret out of someone even when you have proof of it?

They feel they are entitled to his secret and have constantly been bringing it up where others who could over hear despite knowing enemies might be prowling around.

Also how did emerald slip through the cracks despite them knowing she was on Cinder's team? Her semblance also is limited to one target unless you changed how it works as well so she would have been caught from the start.

But back to his friends. Did any of them even say thank you? Even Weiss who thought she was being attacked never tried to clarify what happened. Why would Jaune attack her? Maybe she didn't consider he was protecting her but because of her issues with Jaune she can't even consider the possibility much less him being a dragon.

Also Pyrrha literally just abandoned the team with only Jaune convincing Nora to follow her. She also fought alone which was just as stupid despite Cinder killing Ozpin showing her own arrogance. She even admitted to that and knew she was going to die. Only Jaune saving her and literally having his back blown off trying to save her, Nora, and Ruby. Yet not one I noticed ever said thank you Jaune for saving their lives.

So while I liked the premise of the story I disliked how the majority of the characters acted towards it and continue to do so despite their being no need.

Their is a limit to how much someone can blow something out of proportion till we call it an over reaction. I just think that while secrets can be problematic that they are not considered a crime. Everyone is entitled to their secrets or things that are just to personal to share. That's something I believe any of those characters should know from the events of their own lives.

Jaune already showed enough of his character and personality even before the events of this story and with those added to it from this fic would pretty much highlight that he put his life and secret on the line to save those he cares for. That he revealed something that might make him a target for the rest of his life and they act like they have reason to be offended or to doubt his friendship.

But again I did like the story. I just think instead of focusing on or doubt their friendships they should be focused on if their friend and savior is about to be a target now. He just took a magic arrow to the back and could have died and they know that the enemy and white fang are still running around and their target will be a giant dragon who just ruined their plans.

While also being curious and wanting to know why Jaune is able to transform. Strictly curiosity or for some like Nora who would want to know if she could transform into a giant dragon to. As I can see her wanting to be able to smash things despite Ren probably having a heart attack at the thought of Nora being able to transform into a dragon causing wide spread panic and destruction.

It's okay for friends to be curious especially when confronted with such a mindblowing experience or world changing one. Yet not intitled to know when Jaune might have some very good reasons for never bringing it up.

Hell If i was him I could think of the most basic one.

Oh. I can transform into a dragon but i don't want people to know. I would show you guys because your my friends and i trust you but there is no where for me to transform without me breaking stuff or letting the world witness the appearance of a giant ass dragon appearing out of no where. I might get attacked!

But trust me I can turn into a dragon so if were ever in danger just rely on me to get us out of it but till then I have to learn how to fight in my human form. Swinging a sword is a lot more difficult with human hands you know!

Something like that. Heh. I can imagine none of them believing him without proof. Maybe Nora though...

Anyways, I'll be on the lookout for any dragon jaune fics if i see them in the future, or any fics really. always new ones to be found. Welcome back! Also I like the theme, friends take care of each other. I think that is a good one for the teams in this story to consider instead of doubt and suspicion.
