Okay! I think this is a good place to stop! I'll read the rest when you update (No pressure ... kind of).
And now, my review.
I'll start by saying, WTF? You're a genius! The plot, the development, the slow burn and urgh! Seriously! You write Harvey and Donna so well that it's like I'm watching the real show (with a better story). You even write Louis well, which is a terrible character to write due to his highly inconsistencies. Donna is such a strong character and her story is not only heartbreaking but also empowering. She would do anything for her child and I don't know if you are a mother but I imagine that's exactly what a mother would do in this kind of situation.
I find Jonathan not only a meh father but also a shitty husband. I understand he was also hurting, but his lack of respect regarding Donna's grieving was just the last straw to end their relationship.
Harvey's lashing out on Donna bc of her secrets was also very true to character. And the fact that he didn't stop loving her after finding out so much about her past just melted me! He would go to the ends of the earth to protect her and that's just beautiful!
Alice is just an angel ! It's like when she was alive, she knew her mom would need support bc her father was just useless. It's like she chose Harvey to take care of her mom and that's just ... seriously , I have no words!
This is a freaking masterpiece and I hate myself for not reading it before.
All the heartache and angst and thrill... It's everything I love ! Thank you so much for writing and I really hope you continue with this because it deserves an ending.

Ahh, okay okay.

I'm newer to the online fandom than to Suits which I watched from S1, so it's taken me a while to find all the classic fics for this show, and I just read this whole thing in one sitting and I genuinely haven't been this shook by a piece of writing in I don't know how long.

Every single word is an invite into Harvey and Donna's world that feels intimate and clandestine and very, very special. YOu've captured them with such clarity that it almost feels voyeuristic at times.

Obviously, seeing this continue would be fantastic, but regardless and without agenda for more chapters, thank you for this lush, moving, one-of-a-kind experience. I genuinely feel like this has changed how I read these two people I love.

OMG! When I read the synopsis I thought it was a supernatural story where Donna was AI or a robot. How wrong was I. I am so glad someone steered me in the right direction.
I haven’t cried in a story for a very long time. Alice is such a sweet but sassy little girl. I love the stories about her and Harvey’s time together.
The way Donna breaks my heart. the pain she is still going through. You have a way of writing her that is in character but showing us the flawed Donna not just perfect Donna. I even like Jonathan.
The devotion Harvey has to Donna shows just how much he loves her and will do anything for her. She needs him just as much as he needs her.
Thank you for writing such a wonderful story. Hope you can come back and finish it one day!

I’m only halfway through this story but I just had to comment on the way you’ve been able to weave this fic into what happened on the show. Is this the case that gets Harvey’s name in the paper?! And it’s because of Donna?! OMG I love it! And Harvey singing Cold Little Heart, my heart broke in a beautiful way! Gonna keep reading now!

OhhhhKAY! I’m late to the game in discovering this story but I saw several people recently mention it and then I found the link and PHEW I am glad I did! I have inhaled this story and I’m so sad it’s not finished (but also super super glad because that means I get more! Lol)... you have written the characters SO true to who they are on the show. Every time I read louis in here I’m like “damn she really captures him so well!” Lol and not just him... all of them.

Alice is adorable in all the flashbacks of her - and I looooove her with Harvey. The whole “I’m 32” thing made me laugh out loud for real. She’s so sweet and sassy and I’m utterly heartbroken that she had to die. When you revealed that she was Donna’s, my mouth fell open and I was like “this is so good!” Haha and I just couldn’t stop reading it.

Donna’s pain is so real and all the walls she’s put up. The layers you’ve given her and Johnathan just phew wow. I love this! I’m so anxious to see what happens with the case and everything with Harvey. This is wonderful!

They are incredible, the plot is out of this world.
