Man that first segment was brutal, but nothing less expected especially after the first ever chapter. Really excited to see the eventual confrontation, and I do feel sad for everyone else in the dark about Gumball's fate. I'm very curious to see if Carrie will figure it out, though.

Calling it now, Penny will inevitably be a Damsel-in-Distress for Gumball to rescue.

This is one of the few fan stories that respects the humor of the series and gives Gumball a character development without falling for OOC.

As well as integrating a character like Alaska that adapts well in humor, but be serious when it corresponds to the situation as it happens with the other characters.

This story adapts humor well and balances the personalities of the characters well to serious situations.

How I wish that was done in other Gumball stories.

Short chapter, but understandable. Excited to finally get into this world, honestly. Intriguing enough, and makes me very eager for the next chapter already. Only criticisms are that it could do with a spelling and grammar check, as quite a few of them are present. Other than that, no problems here.

Please it's just not that you can take your time but I just really need another chapter but also you are great with what you do and we all want some more of all of your work. Welcome back, and thank you for this awesome update! I was concerned that the story would go the way of Gumball and Alaska living separately from everyone else, but I'm glad they chose not to. I'm also really looking forward to the world you've built outside TAWoG, as I was entranced by it from the very first chapter.

Finally. The combat begins. I'm a bit worried that the stakes will become as high as, well, the prologue, because that's a huge step up and, as you said, I'm afraid we'll never reach that point. I do encourage you to keep writing, because a lot of people, myself included, are really enjoying your content. By all means, pace yourself and write when you feel like it, but I really wouldn't want this great work be left in the dust like many of the other stories here.
