   lavenderslotus chapter 13 . 7/17 Kyoka feeling like she’s peaked because Todoroki turns to her for the answers is EVERYTHING! It made me laugh so hard. I can only imagine the power she must have felt. I think you explained Todoroki’s inability to understand his feelings for Yaoyorozu so well. It’s hard to do that without dumbing down the characters, so I really commend you for it! And lastly, THIS QUOTE RIGHT HERE: “But I know that the only person I want to spend time with is you. I know that when I learn new things it’s with you. I know that when I try my hardest it’s with you, and for you.” OOOOH GIRL. I would've fallen for ANYBODY had they said that to me in the midst of the pouring rain. Are you in the TodoMomo discord server? I haven't seen anyone plug this fic in there, but it deserves to be! Also, I noticed on AO3 this story isn't up to date - is there a particular reason for that? (Just curious hehe) Overall, loved the story, the angst and pining, and of course, the happy ending! :) |

I just wanted to commemorate your impeccable skills for writing and your brilliant use of the setting and feelings of the characters to portray your story. I strive to be a writer like you! I tend to struggle with these particular details like many writers do and get faulty, rushed stories as a result. I love todomomo, but even just the sheer quality of your storytelling entertains me. I also love how you keep Todoroki and Yaoyorozu in character, which makes it easier for me to imagine these events really occurring in the anime. I look forward to reading the rest of this piece! |
