It's so satisfying to have been right about Delilah being the culprit! (In my last review I meant the dog, btw, who got infected and killed, not Abner himself.)

I do wonder who the third person is, though... Have you already introduced them? For some reason I can only come up with Delilah's father, as all the others have already been cleared (but maybe I'm forgetting someone), but he seems unlikely to me.

Great chapter! I loved the interaction between Oliver and Shawn at the end. I hope Shawn survives for long enough to say 'I told you so' to Oliver. :p

So Dr Delilah Sarin is definitely the Whistler, right? She works at the hospital, where the Whistler is located; Shawn went to her with his 'cold' so she would have diagnosed him with Hayden's disease; she is jealous of Dr. Hayden for her findings regarding Hayden's disease, so now she's kidnapping people with the disease so she can try and figure out a cure. It fits with the prologue, where her father tells her to be 'greater than anyone else'. If she can find a cure, she will have made a true difference in the world, and be greater than her direct competition. She is just doing whatever it takes. And Abner is in league with her, possibly? He either got accidentally infected, or they infected him to experiment on him. But afterwards they picked up his body to get rid of the evidence.

I just want to say that outside of some grammar issues and transitions that are a bit jarring the 4 chapters of this story so far have shown me that you grasp these characters well. I feel like I'm actually reading the script to a Psych/Arrow crossover arc. Thank you for this and please don't hold back on writing more for this story.

A great father son story, reminds me of my father. Always pushing me to do more and better each time :). If would have been even better if he had taken out the clay puppy after years of fine arts and remember this moment with his really old man. And thank him, so many feels :)
