YA'LL THIS WAS BEAUTIFUL!

I have been binge reading this for the last few days and I have SO wanted to review but decided I would wait until I finished the entire story, and OH MY GOSH I LOVED IT!

This is probably one of the single best Royai fics I have ever read. SERIOUSLY. You characterized them so well and the story flowed so perfectly, it was just absolutely wonderful and I'm so glad I had the opportunity to read it! Please continue to right for them, I would love to read some one shots!

I found your fic after your one-shot "They Knew", read till the end and felt amazing!
Aside from well-though about the details and timeline, I love how you characterize Roy and Riza in the way we can't see in the original plot. (and their actions in a lemon scene is ... pretty good XD)

I'm sad that it's over, but at the same time, you did it on such a fantastically beautiful note! The whole exchange with him getting his sight back was so great, I love the sly bet between Havoc and Breada, wonderful touch! His proposal was perfection too, even if he didn't get on one knee ;) lol. I also really enjoyed what you did for the epilogue, I have to admit that it threw me off guard though. All through my head it was, 'hey, you're not supposed to see the bride before the wedding!' before you pulled the rug out from under me. Yeah, I'm not sure what else to say other than over all this story was a great way of telling thing from Roy and Riza's perspective, with that wonderful bit of Royai that we all know needed to be there!

I'm so happy I get to see the ending! Hiiiii.

I'm relatively new in the world of Royai. And this is one of the first fics that got me hoooooked. I've known about FMA since the initial anime, but I have intentionally stayed clear of it (manga or the animes) for fear of getting an additional distraction in real life.

But since my other distraction (One Piece) is still stuck with the same story arc for more than a year now, I finally gave in to FMA and finished the manga in 2 weeks! After that, I glanced through a few Royai scenes in the anime, but it just couldn't do justice to the beauty of the manga, so I dived right through reading FFs instead to satisfy the craving.

This is one of the gems out there! Kudos to both of you and thank you for sharing your imagination! The one-shot accompaniment is equally endearing. Takes us back to the early chapters, too.

This is an excellent story so far. I love the way everything is unfolding. I just have one problem. Now crrect me if I'm worng, but I don't think Olivier and Mustang would have beed in the academy at the same time. She had been a general for some time. If he was a state alchemist he would have had an additional boost to get him up in the ranks. So one would assume (which I do) that she joined the military before him. Now I could be wrong. Otherwise it is amazing and well written.

So sad to see this coming to an end; but looking forward to the one shots

*the whole Mustang Unit (not would..). I was so excited about the story I didn't see the autocorrect. But again, great quality story all the way!

This fic is really awesome, I love how you've managed to keep so close to the overall storyline while still adding something new, like the missing intel in the mission suddenly being delivered. The way you're writing the would Mustang Unit is wonderful, I'm looking forward to seeing more of it, and to hear how Havoc will react to getting his suspicions confirmed regarding their relationship.

Been reading this for five days now, taking my time with it. I have to say this is the best fanfic story I've ever read. I love how you've merged so many plot points together and made the story feel so natural. Loving it so far!
