Horrible, angsty alternative ending that I hate myself for thinking of: Chat decides if he can't have ladybug, nobody can. Cataclysm. I don't think I really have to say much more after that.

God I hate it. Adrien picking up the earings, and Plagg taking him to Fu to explain what happened. Fu finding a new ladybug. Adrien becoming an Akuma whose goal is to bring Ladybug/Marinette back.

Chat Noir going back to Mari's house, only to find she never returns. Chat realizing what he's done. Chat running from Akuma!Adrien (Chat Blanc would work well for the yin/yang idea but honestly a more unique akuma could work well too). Chat having no way to purify the akuma, even after the item (friendship bracelet?) is destroyed. Multiple Chat Blancs running around, on a manhunt for Chat Noir. Adrien finding out who Hawkmoth is, and once he promises that he'll bring both Marinette and his mother back, being perfectly fine with a more permanent setup. The new ladybug struggling as Chat Noir tried to help her out. Chat Noir knowing the only way to stop this was to get the new ladybug to kiss Adrien. Plagg running away from Adrien, finding Ladybug and Chat Noir hiding out somewhere.

So much potential, so much feels, so much hatred towards myself for thinking of it.

A nice fun story of Adriens internal battle! Great job ;)

This was a really awesome fic I feel like the ending was rushed a bit but all in all clawsome

So glad everything's resolved and that they're back together!
It makes me happy no matter how many times I read adrienette/ladynoir/marichat/ladrien fics!

This story is great, is there going to be an epilogue where we figure out how Chat/Adrien deals with their issues with Ladybug's help? Or is this going to be the end?

Great ending to the whole thing. It was a sweet reveal and I'm glad that Chat could stop being a jerk enough for Ladybug to cure him.
