Interesting shadow character in the background. Talk of timelines and the description of being in dark clothing makes me think a possibly alternate Lelouch for some reason, but I highly doubt it. It would have to either be an OC (likely) or someone familiar with the main cast of the canonical show, since he's referring to Ihara taking Suzaku's place... Or perhaps a previous contractee of A.A. with a timeline viewing Geass. Either way, I'm fairly intrigued by this character

pretty good chapter. A.A. and C.C. 's bickerings are kinda amusing as is A.A. being an otaku:) now that the gangs all here lets see where this goes.

Hmm... Well my reviews don't change much but that's just because I'm bad at praising anyone. A good chapter, and certainly something that has me curious for the future without being a painful cliffhanger. I'm glad that Suzaku is being honest with Lelouch and vice versa. I love the interaction between A.A. and C.C. and I am definitely interested to know more about their history. The conversation between Shintaro, Suzaku and Lelouch was also pretty fun. I believe that Suzaku will finally use his Geass next chapter (because of the title). Looking forward to more.

I would love to say there were no mistakes but there were a few. In the second sentence, "The days events had taken a TOIL on him and he was..."
I believe the appropriate word is TOLL and not TOIL.
In the next sentence, "He was tempted ON just...", I believe TO would be more appropriate than ON. And finally, "Not only that but she might be able to access information that would help her find ANYTHING on Lelouch and Nunnally", I'm not sure but I believe SOMETHING is more appropriate than ANYTHING. But don't mind my grammar Nazi tendencies, I'm just happy to have more chapters to read. Here's to a quicker update. *clinks champagne glass*

HOW CAN YOU GIVE UP OUR CARAMELS?! NOOOOOOOOO! Caramels are the best sweets there are (beside chocolate)!
But, anyway. I love your story. It's great, it really is. I love the way you put humour in your story even though the theme is not a funny one. I grinned more than once this chapter (the banter between Lelouch and Suzaku ... ah, it's great) and the school life was interesting too as there are some things that actually changed. But honestly, I'm looking forward to when you story will really get AU as at the moment it still is a bit boring as I know what happens next as there's still much happening like it did in the series.
If I'm correct and the next chapter is not only about how Shin will meet a princess (Euphy? Lana? Probably the later as the title is about Apologies) but also about how a certain mask disappears, then I'm certainly looking forward to the next chapter. That was my favourite scene in the series, next to the ending of course but that was so sad and ... well, I'm not really talking about your chapter anymore. But right now I don't know what else I should say so I think I'm ending this review.
For every author it's understandable that you need to take some time until the next chapter will be published and I know it can be quite annoying if everyone asks you when the next chapter will be uploaded but let me just say that I'm looking forward to it and hoping it won't be too long until then.

Sorry about that got a little carried away there.
I loved the chapter interactions between all of the resistance members, Lelouch, and Suzaku. For some reason I get this feeling that Suzaku and Lelouch are not always going to be on the same side throughout this fic. Their ideals in the way they handle things and their morals just don't seem to add up to where they are going to totally cool with how the other us going to handle situations at times.
I get the sense that Lana is going to have a lot more impact and play a much larger role in the grand scheme of things than most if us may have thought. especially related to the mysterious observer just watching in the background.
As always loved this chapter and can't wait for the next one!

poor i say a reunion between her and lelouch is going to be all kinds of awkward. well zeros first meeting with naoto and his cell went relatively well. and suzaku got to join in zeros debut :) shin reasons for not joining zero appears to make more sense then canon suzaku. lets see where this goes.
