This is a really intriguing oneshot! The tension and the raging hatred between them breaks my heart but I gotta say that fits them so well historically in this era. Also you captured that tension really well without having to resort to using violence between them which is really a great approah in historical rusame fanfic since that's a really difficult thing to do for other historical rusame authors. Really well done!
