It's rather surprising that this is all happening to Ruby and the heroes. In most future fanfictions, everyone ALREADY knows about Salem and the war with her and the Grimm, the Maidens and all that jazz, and after she's defeated (usually 100%), RWBY and their allies are hailed as heroes to all and seen as some of the greatest Hunters of all time. Here, people are ACTUALLY saying RWBY (the R especially) and their allies were behind some sort of conspiracy with Salem to, like, increase their fame or something. Then again, in canon, Ironwood had already revealed about Salem and who knows what will happen with Amity Tower since it most likely won't go into affect with Atlas pretty much going to Hell in a hand basket. This mess is sort of like how Harry Potter and Professor Dumbledore were subject to such scrutiny in "The Order of the Phoenix" after being idolized and praised by so many; the joke Ruby said after sponsors started dropping her like a hot potato and she only would get upset if the cookie sponsors pulled even reminded me of the statement Dumbldore made about him not giving a damn about his honors being taken away so long as they didn't take him off the Chocolate Frog cards. Poor Rubes though. It's gotta be tough that all this is happening to her when she was just trying to protect others and be like Summer. The Goblin was right. Folks LOVE watching a hero burn.

I love Nickel and how she's bonded with the twins so well. You're right. Reading her is as much fun as it was no doubt writing her. She's still crass, rude, and sort of a jerk, but she's DEFINITELY mellowed out some (thank the twins for that.)

Oh God, your right. The end of this fic is essentially starting the way it began. Very symbolic. Yeah, I figured there would be some sort of early graduation for the kids what with Halo being closed and all. Cannot WAIT to possibly see that Athena-Jade story you mentioned. She is just so frickin' adorbs! I don't blame Jade for having troubles with adjusting. She's lived a hell for most of her life. Getting used to not being treated as a weapon, being with friends and all that (not to mention being in a place that was a prison but is now a home) would be tough for anyone.

MAN! Talk about STEAMY! WHOO! Thankfully Corey stopped us from reading awkward man sex . Definitely gives me a few ideas for SRNO though . Honestly, too true with what Felix said. BTW, my grandma's doing okay. We found out she has ovarian cancer, but we have a plan and she is recovering well from her original surgery and hopefully, she can begin her chemo soon (the type she has seems to work well with Chemo.) Prayers and hopes still appreciated. Ah, life in the Xiao Long household: puns, guns and hugguns all around .

Our little Cinnamon Bun has changed so much. So proud . So sad about Sentinel though . It's understandable to act that way after losing someone so soon; to act like they're still there then realize they're not, especially with pets of which Sentinel sort of was to Eagle. That is SUCH a cute image of widdle Eagle .

Again, a nice touch with Merc and Em. Those two and Diamond are so great to read. Diamond Dust is SO sweet! Cannot wait to see the wedding between these two (though something tells me it will be interrupted by Salem or Pantheon or something; it's sort of a tradition with hero weddings sometimes .) Merc and Gang were great. They still hate each other (kinda), but they now rather find that hatred funny. Weiss and Em are no doubt wondering HOW they married those two dorks again for anything else other than good loving and sex.

Again, LOVE Nickel and her way of talking. Good to see she and Qrow don't hate each other much anymore. Plus, love her new style. Shows she's actually grown fond enough of the Nuts n Dolts duo. Plus, loved the shout-out to Volume 7 with Penny's statement to her wife. Sad but true with want Ruby said about avoiding the ceremony. Here's to hoping teaching is what Ruby needs.

I love the Yellow Brick Road idea. Maybe I could include something like that in SRNO when Beacon is rebuilt with statues of all those who fell to save Remnant and stop Salem, especially since I'm thinking that (in story and in Canon) either Nightspire or Beacon may be the last stand for our heroes against the Grimm Queen. Also, I'm thinking perhaps that day could be a day to honor all Hunters who have fallen in the line of duty (Remnant's Memorial Day, so to speak.)

So happy for FADE, NEON and all of them . It makes sense. The same labeling for SRNO and perhaps their allies too would probably be the same since they would be facing Grimm, crime bosses, mad scientists, serial killers, magic users and even avoid the FREAKING APOCALYPSE (not going into too much detail there; gonna have to read.) How could anyone who went through what they or FADE or ANYONE for that matter NOT be seen as such?

Such sweetness with Nora and Helios, Hellion and Corey and Onyx. No surprise Ether and Olive's families know each other. Honestly, I expect them to be the next couple to get married. Hooray! Halo is once again airborn!

Oh yeah. Their probably gonna have to either deep clean the room or BAR IT all together once those two lovebirds are done .

Now all that's left is the mega battle between FADE and their major battle against Salem to end the bitch once and for all. After that... Well, we'll see what the future holds (in real life and in Remnant.)

Congrats on finishing Volume 11. Got one more volume to go. Then who knows what the future brings.

Wow! Caleb did a cover of that song? I LOVE his work and I loved that song when it premiered in "Gravity." I may have to listen to it on his channel.

That was great reuniting both main teams (RWBY and FADE.)

No duh they're going to be together for quite a bit. Same with Helion and Eagle. No guesses what they're going to be doing for the next few days . R.I.P., Sentinel. At least he will not be forgotten.

Hearing Mama Nikos talk like that was pretty good. Glad she's well (as can be at least.) Sort of going through the same thing a bit. My grandma's in the hospital now recovering from a surgery and they also found she has cancer (not sure which one, but hope to get answers eventually.) So she's a lot like Kataigida in that regard; getting better but still a little crappy. Could definitely use some prayers though.

I'm wondering if the mark was from Razz or not. They may not be dating anymore (or at least at the moment), but they still care deeply for each other. Poor Nyanza though. He's gonna need A LOT of therapy for what he's been through. Hell, you were right when you said all of them were going to need therapy.

Happy for Jade for reuniting with old friends (or at least VERSIONS of her old friends.) Wonder how she'll be with Athena-Jade and Coral. Too bad about no story of the horrible world of Remnant. That would have been awesome. Could definitely use your help in figuring things out for when SRNO gets to that point when we see the crappy JSPRverse.

So Nickel is back and seems to have made peace with Penny, but not so much Antonia.

Poor Ren. He's definitely having a tough time right now. He's right though; nothing is going to be normal after this. I would have thought everyone would have known about Salem and the war at least after the whole war from before was over. Well, can't WAIT to see how THIS all turns out .

And of course Pantheon and Salem are both alive, though Pantheon seems eager to destroy his former mistress while Salem just wants to destroy EVERYTHING! Guessing the final fight between her and Fade will be in the last volume.

Can't wait to see what occurs in the final volume. Still would love to see a wedding between Dee and Arctus. Plus, would love to see where everyone's futures will lead them, especially if you plan to do the Athena-Jade story. From what Car mentioned, now with Raffia avenged and no one left to get revenge on, he's content to drift and sail around Remnant while his comrades stay with their beloveds.

A mainly wholesome chapter

Yay! Nyanza's back. I was worried for a bit. Now NEON is together and Pantheon's gone for now.

The fight with Yang Branwen was definitely my favorite here. First her right with the other's, and then DEFINITELY the right between her and Car. Honestly I had NO real idea that that was happening. Though it makes sense. It was pretty satisfying to see YB get her ass handed to her. Out of all of Salem's Horsemen, she was by far the worst. The multitude of colored Aura's and silhouettes of her last victim's passing on was a good touch.

It. Is. ON! Like Donkey Kong!

Team GORE certainly has come a long way since the first volume, wouldn't you say? Sadly, I have a feeling Car may not come out of this. In all honesty, Nickel has come far too.

The fight with Yang Branwen against the heros was awesome too. R.I.P. Adam (never thought I'd say that .) Loved the statement Adam said. It's true: in nearly every universe (the JSPRverse included), he takes her arm. Also loved call back with what Yang said. Like I've said, I may prefer Black Sun, but Bumbleby is still a very cute pairing and they have potential in my mind (no toxicity here: remember respect all ships (except for maybe very incesty ones and stuff like that) and the people who like them .) Plus, your version here is AWESOME! I hadn't expected the Chimera to really survive though, but with Raffia's Semblance at hand, I shouldn't be surprised.

Null is one scary guy, that's for sure. I may have missed it somewhere (perhaps in the AN), and I don't know if it was intentional, but his name reminds me a lot of the Roman emperor, Caligula, generally regarded as one of the worst emperors ever, an utter mad man, and one of the greatest monsters in history.

Ruby losing an eye is very popular in some fanworks. Debating it for JSPR actually; would be also neat for Olive (Ruby and Oscar's daughter.) This fight definitely shows Salem is NOT like she is in Canon. She's definitely become as I plan for her in my did (or at least her ALTERNATE version): a mad monster bent on destroying all just to see her enemies suffer.

I'm definitely interested in seeing what you have to offer for the last few chapters and for Vol. 12. Also eager to see about this new story you say you have an idea for. Surprised by this actually. Will it be with the next gen of the next gen? Or new characters altogether? Honestly, I'm seeing my series as technically ending after SRNO and officially ending with the one-shot of Jasper dying and reuniting with his friends and loved ones.

Very good chapter. Things are really heating up. Nice use of alternate Ozpins lending a hand to stop Salem.

Poor Glynda and Dove . Rest in peace. Shudder to think who's next.

The fight between the Chimera and the BA leader of the Nikosi. This will be a good one . Plus, nice call back for Salem to the thing everyone says about Ruby.

This whole right could essentially be what happens in SRNO's final volume: alternate Salem invades the JSPRverse and plans on razing and taking it over, then going on to other universes. However, the Hunters and their allies stand in her and her army's way. In fact, this Salem is seeming quite a bit less like her Canon self and more like how I described mine to be; a murderous monster who cares not for life but wishes to succeed in her plans.

Man, shit is gonna get real. This volume (and maybe even this story) seems to be coming to a close. Can't wait to see how it ends (even if it will be bittersweet to see such an awesome story/series end.) Salem is definitely NOT playing around anymore. This time, she's going all out. This time, it's all-out WAR.

The other stuff was good to. Quite a bit of cute moments. Of COURSE Yang would make a pun at that moment . That is SO her . We can only hope Nyanza does well in his operation to get the parasite out. That part with Fluffy and Helios? So sweet and romantic with how Felix spoke in Heely's own language. They even included Dee in the hug . Also, very nice that Arctus and Eagle agreed to take Jade with them. She's right. Everything on her world's gone totally wrong. Hopefully, she manages to find a good life on their Remnant.

Great now I can't wait for next week to alreadybe here, I need to see this horrifically brutal war unfold
