I sympathize with Akechi, his backstory and all that, and the OVA do shed light of his past, but he was stuck in the past, wrapped up in anger and did really bad things. He should be held accountable for it.

I'm rather impressed that you were able to include an OC Palace within the already packed main story of the game with a new member to boot! You described the Palace well enough where I can picture it in my head. You did well to keep the story flowing as it's different in story form compare to the game. I like Naoki, good nature while timid, and I like that he's pretty much the straight man among the boys aside from Akira. That's great that you have a pairing for him, we'll wait in the next couple of chapters.

Well, sooner or later, they'll bound to find out, at least Naoki was the first to support it.

And hm... about Akechi, eh? I guess i think shared your opinion. It's pretty mixed, but i honestly pissed with how overly convoluted and complicated his revenge plot is. Still, i really like those Pancakes Memes. On my OCs though, i think most would vehemently hate him, especially Takeba/Aobara Aoi (who is hunting him with a unextinguishable vengeance. You may remember her when i told you about Shinsuke's profile a year ago) and Shion Tomoya (who considers hin to be a whole lot faker than Naoto, who is to remind you, a girl pretending to be a male due to the circumstances in the police force)
As for Saki's, i honestly like the idea, but the entire palace feels so confusing to me. It's so unpredictable even though it's accurate to this sadist. Plus, being named after the Konishi siblings in P4 feels disturbing too. I wonder if Naoki in this fic and Konishi Naoki meet and how they will interract though.
Regarding romance, just do it on your own pace and don't try to force yourself or shove anything inappropriate. If you cannot really make romance plot work, then you shouldn't force it. That will make it a lot worse than having no romance at all. But damn, if it's someone like Naoki, i think based on his personality, i think he will end up with Haru somehow *shrugs*
I think i already expect you to not add Kasumi. You've gone too far to do anything and if you do that, you need to rewrite the entire fic. And i don't think you have any time, skill, or will to rewrite this behemoth from the beginning.

Anyway, please don't expect a lengthly review for this one or even any review for future chapters unlike Azami and Shadow Hunters. I'm not as studious as this compared to those two. I'm just interested to read. Now moving on to the review.
-I'm willing to bet that if it's not Desire and Hope, then that massive new painting has something to do with Kagura, which explains why he's insistent to not move it to her house.
-Why Makoto's the one more surprised than the others? Also, i didn't expect that Makoto's faucet is as leaking as Ryuuji's. I expected it if it's Ann though. And sorry, that faucet remark is a joke from another fic, P4 Twin Arcana to be exact.

Many of the people that the Phantom Thieves ends up behind bars and even if (and that's a big IF) would have parole or completed their sentence. Those people will never truly live a normal life, especially with the citizens will forever shun and judge them for that crime until they die or just die in prison eventually, while keep thinking about the sinful crimes they committed that they can never truly forgive themselves for s long as they live. In a way, both those options are certain suffering for the criminal, be it physically or mentally.

Loving the story so far and would be awesome if you can continue it. If not, that's also fine since life can be a bitch and also thank you for said story and wish ye the best in other endeavors.

So kaguras the jester I’ve got a idea for her this mostly comes from jester and hunger essentially being the same thing by sharing personas with they’re personas being disgraced deities and representing death etc etc have kaguras ultimate persona be tamamo no Maeshe’s massacred a shit ton of people and going based off the fate series has a connection to Amaterasu
