I loved Harry Potter as a kid but I've grown disenchanted with it as an adult because JK Rowling's world is too black and white, and unfortunately very straight. I loved how you've turned Narcissa and Hermione into more more complex characters. Their banter was just so spot on. I'll for sure be giving this story another read. Thank you for writing it.

This is the best Hermione/Narcissa fanfic hands down, and my personal favourite now. If we ignored the canon epilogue this could be easily the most believable continuation of the story

Never thought I would get stray to this couple but wow... amazing story tbh. I love the way you keep the characters close to the original. I also like your work with the dementors, the patronus, the concept of devotion and family, it is trully brilliant. I don't usually fond of 1st person narration but you did a wonderful job in telling the story through Hermione's pov. Her strong, courage, determined, and somehow stubborn characteristics were all there. And oh god I think I'm in loveee with Narcissa. Such a beautiful, poise, sly, proud, humorous and full-of-love woman. Thank you for writing such an amazing story with these wonderful characters
