I've struggled with migraines all my life, and I've had a concussion before. From what I understand the symptoms vary based on where on the brain the injury occurred. I had blurry vision and can't remember much of what happened after I got it. For the most part it was like having a bad headache 24/7 that would regularly become a bad migraine. It's been a few years now and I've noticed I get headaches easier now. Lucky for me my concussion was a mild one. Deku's concussion would be more serious than mine was.
