At the start of the chapter you had Issei say that he is her Knight. That's wrong since it took both Mutated Rooks alongside a King to reincarnate him, remember that you used the hook of Koneko and Serafall giving her extra pieces for it.

Other than that it was a nice chapter.

This right here is far better than what originally happened, and I just got to chapter 3.

"Usually a King piece was just that, a King. They weren't able to be anything else. Although Issei seemed to have broken that unwritten rule by being both a King and her 'Spare' Rook.

So in theory she could be both the King of her peerage and the Queen in his. Something he quickly pointed out to her.

"Oh? But I am your knight. Even if I am a 'spare' knight. So logically if I can be both your Knight and a King then that means that you can be a King and my Queen…"
These are your own words and you contradicted yourself, literally, within two sentences.
Fail, just... fail.

oh, my apologies.. apparently you didn't bash those two, but instead made them inept enough for issei to exist under his sister's territory. A territory that he likely, extremely so as a brocon, would vet and make sure that nothing dangerous is there. At the same time, it would allow for him to check to see if their 'long lost son' is there... now i don't know what is worse... making them inept or bashing them

okay... i give up. This story had a lot of potential, but it feels like you ruined it. First, you added needless conflict by bashing rias, and now, bashing grayfia and sirzechs... Bashing them doesn't add much to the story, aside from potential drama, and instead it takes away from their character. It takes away from their integrity as well written characters, and turns them into cheap subsitutures. I had let the rias bashing go since apparently every fanfic and their mother love to bash her for no reason, but you didn't stop there and proceeded to bash sirzechs and grayfia. This is especially bad when there were much better alternatives. Like grayfia being issei's aunt? her brother is out there afterall...
