It's a good story and it has a solid base. Peter is Seventeen so I guess he is at appropriate age. He is about to go in college, Has better experience at being Spiderman. I see that some people(including myself) are bored to see Highschool Spiderman but I am okay with this Spiderman as he is kinda over that age. Ofcourse can't wait to see Spidy taking on a Captain or an Espada!

Since spidey has been fighting crime for a while does he have the way of the spider fighting style yet or will he develop it while in the bleach world ? I know he gets it when's he's older in the comics but I feel it'd be better suited for him than getting a zanpakuto plus with him meeting yoruichi it'd make sense she'd try and train him but it's your story just wanted to give a suggestion regardless you've got a follower so hurry back

The Black Arachnid Suit: Completely Black with two large blood red spider symbols on the front and back (Amazing Spider-Man 2 symbol), two large blood red eyes, two large blood red eyes (Ultimate Spider-Man cartoon eyes), blood red bracers on the triceps, two of blood red leg guards, (like Iron Spider-Man, but black and red) and two small blood red circles in the palms with a red line coming of the bracers connecting to the circles on each hand (like the Big Time Spider-Man but only on the front of his hands.)
