I need to read more. But, it may take awhile for me to read and review, due to Hurricane Irma. But I will read soon after that mess is over.

On the one hand, I'm horrified Steven managed to mix up Jade and the doll! But then again, new parents are sleep deprived human zombies, and it could've been far worse. That's probably put Jenny off dolls for a while though.

I can tell that Peridot wears the pants in the family. Awesome chapter.

I can't help but feel a little bad for Katie, she's a kid lashing out because her dad died, but her mother should really be stepping in to tell that's not an appropriate way of dealing with her grief instead encouraging it. Glad Peri figured it out and put a stop to it though. And while I know the new Dr. Smith is probably 13, I must admit that more than a little bit of me is hoping it's Missy! (And I'll stop asking where Sadie is now! Hope she takes Jenny's advice.)

Peridot's a great mom. This is a great chapter. Hope to read more soon.
