Lmao what kind of writing is this; Gohan proposes and gets rejected, then is somehow the bad guy to the point where you have Videl asking "Why did you propose to me Gohan?" In a cold tone. What the fuck did he do?

Nice story, I don't like that you made Gohan into an idiot that can't express love. I understand that this story would not have happened if he was not that way.

I actually went out immediately to buy that song on iTunes. Why? Because I'm a pansy, and too afraid to buy a song nobody has said is good before. This song was okay, I guess. The words were pretty, and I do like Billy Joel. Half the people on this site listen to metal/heavy rock, so it's nice to see a songfic to a song that I can relate to (in a way).

I liked everything about this except for one this: the reason they had been apart for a year-and-a-half. It seemed...a little fake, I guess. But the point of view was astounding (I found maybe one or two grammatical mistakes), and Gohan was so in-character.

Either way, thank you for a great read! I enjoyed this very much, and that was REAL romance. Not that fake, gauzy crap you see all the time. Good job!

Other than being slightly frustrated at the actions previous to cause this situation and a (again I use the word) *slight* confusion as to how they could have happened and why it went on so long, this was a wonderful little story. Good attention to detail, especially when Gohan was speaking about Videl. I think what made this story was having it come from the viewpoint of Gohan. You captured his personality perfectly!
