hello Lu. Hope you're alright. So, call it nostalgia but 3 days ago I was reading again "A story not told"
and then I was curious to see how your second story was evolving so I've been reading it.
what I'm about to say is only my opinion. I'm just being honest.
the main story is quite good. you're really talented for writing it's obvious. but... there is a but.
for me there is way too many OC characters. the first chapters were awesome but since you decided to focus the story on Munro and Frisk... to me it was boring... I know most of the characters you introduced are important for many details but... after some chapters I was like "ok it's cool and all but we're Ash and Buster. this story is about them and now I feel like they're just side characters and I don't like it...
I know and I see you want to tell us more about the ones you've created (Munro is by far the most well written) but... we're in the Sing universe and when I read a fanfic about some of them, I'm expecting to see at least those characters in priority. I like Munro and Lqura but I don't want to read that much about them (sorry if it's not clear) when I read a story called the koala and the porcupine.
I'm not gonna lie sometimes I was bored to read some chapters. I could continue to tell more problems but I think it's already enough.
so this is it my honest opinion. hope you'll not take it too hard or personally.
take care dear and... write this story for you. If you're happy about how your story is evolving then don't change anything !
