Your writing is so addicting! And daaaaaamn, that stupid lord had noooo clue what he was in for when he took Kagome LOL XDDD I absolutely loved Kagome's feisty attitude and triumph when she realized how much of a world of trouble that lord was in for when Inuyasha shows up. And honestly, her wishing for more violent comeuppance while Inuyasha plays it down shows a lot about their character growth and rubbing off each other. Fantastic fic once again! I do rather love your takes on Kagome being almost forced into marriage and Inuyasha being like "BITCH, FUCK THAT NOISE!" XDDD

I don't know how I ever missed reading this one, I loved it though. The protectiveness of Inuyasha is loving without being overbearing. Of course Kagome is the right amount of feisty. I would love to see the damage Inuyasha causes the next day, lol.

You're right that the 'forced marriage' trope isn't common in the Inuyasha story, but I can think of at least one other instance, where the victim was Kagome I mean. In the anime version of the Band of Seven arc, Mukotsu tries to 'marry' Kagome, instead of just plain trying to rape her like in the manga. Not that 'forced marriage' is really any different, but semantics and all that. At any rate, I REALLY liked this one! Kagome probably should have just shouted about being married to Inuyasha from her place on the horse's back, but it's understandable she was kind of in shock over the entire situation. All's well that ends well. Well...except for the one poor sap who saw Kagome naked from up on that hill, who may or may not still have eyes come the following evening, LOL.

For me, this story is one of those guilty pleasure ones. I know what's going to happen and I know it's going to be dramatic as hell. And yet, I still enjoyed reading it. I was a bit surprised at how cocky Kagome was, but for the story, it works just fine. Overall, a fun and fast-paced read that offers a bit of an exciting look into the Kagome and Inuyasha's lives after being reunited. Never a dull moment with these two, huh? Thanks for writing!

This is another great fic and I love the plot. Unfortunately it really makes you think about how vulnerable women were at this time and to what extent they were considered chattel.
Oh, and Kagome's indignance about her age is hilarious!

I love this story. And something about the phrase "Married-man bravado" and its application to Inuyasha had me laughing for a solid two minutes. I kept worrying "oh no she's gonna end the story here" but it kept going and I'm so glad it did it was the perfect length. I LOVE HOW YOU WRITE THIS COUPLE. still in canon but never exaggerating their traits (like how some authors can make inuyasha almost misigynistically possessive).

Also laughed at sango saying her children were possessed. GREAT WORK!

This is so sweet that it can warm the coldest heart ever. You have written great romance story that is true treasure that anyone have crazy not to like. I fine myself wishing that Inuyasha end that fool's life. This nut does not know what mess he got into when he pick Kagome to kidnapped and force her to marry him against her will. Maybe next time if does this action again he make sure that husband can't make him wish he is dead. I found much joy in reading. I so glad you took time to put it up.
