Hey so can I point out something that seemed to slip everyone's mind? It is closely related to the Cardin thing but with a certain torch, Roman torchwich is the greatest THEIF in all of vale. Notice the emphasis on theif he is not the greatest crime boss, not the greatest criminal, not the greatest kidnapper, the greatest theif and to be honest we don't even know if he has ever killed someone. He probably has but the fact remains that we don't know, after all the only place we see him rob is a EMPTY dust store, at a time where NO ONE should be out, and the shipments of dust that he was stealing with the white fang, and in that job they were the only people there.
