This is an amazing story. The characters are very realistic to the series. I also like that, although this is a bbrae story, you have some great RobxRae here as well. You show their brother/sister relationship and represent how close they are very well. Great work!

And the Chromatically Challenged Couple grows a little bit closer. And Raven is right, they need to trust each other more. Dumb move on her part assuming he was pining for Terra.

Great submissions. Couldn't pick a favourite, they are all really good.

Jeez terra isn't even there and she's still a pain in the ass, in Ravens defense beast boy should be more open with his feelings regarding his past. Especially if they love each other.

Starts off cute with Raven just snuggling with Beast Boy and enjoying being so close. She seems so happy there.

Then Raven wakes up again and Beast Boy is gone. Something heavy must be on his mind for him to go out to his thinking rock in this weather.

As soon as Beast Boy mentioned this day, I knew he was talking about the day his parents died. The confusion Raven showed says that she not is aware of this. I was a bit surprised until she mentioned then had been together only months. The first scene gave an impression of a longer relationship to me.

Then Raven decides that this is all about Terra. Things suddenly got very awkward. Raven breaking down like that was enough to snap Beast Boy out of his brooding, so partial success. You could say both were being silly. Raven making assumptions without any facts and not trusting Beast Boy's feelings and Beast Boy for not trusting Raven enough to open up to her.

The important thing is that this event acted as a catalyst to get them to open up to each other more. I also see that Raven is not going to let this interrupt there morning rituals either.

I find this rainy day prompt for BBRAE week ironic considering how much rain we have gotten in Ottawa this past week.

This was such a fun read. It was amusing seeing Raven try to rationalize everything that was happening with Beast Boy with logic.

It started with the early years of the Titans with Raven sensing Beast Boy's feelings and trying to rationalize how she felt about his attention and presence. Then hormones entered the picture and things really started snowballing.

Hormones seemed like just the excuse Raven was looking to rationalize evolve her relationship with Beast Boy. Of course when she came up with her little experiment, Beast Boy is the first person she thinks of.

I love how despite Raven keep telling herself she can't feel or get into a serious relationship, she is the one doing the big pushing. Putting Beast Boy on the spot so he can't lose his nerve before asking her out, and after a successful outing, being the one to initiate the first kiss.

It is quite amazing to see Raven make all those excuses to keep kissing Beast Boy. Even making up reason to go for the tongue play.

I am not sure if Beast Boy can fully read between the lines and see if behind the logic wall Raven's true feelings are leaking through, or he just understands her logic and accepts her terms because he wants to be in a relationship with her and make her happy. Either way the outcome is the same.

I can't but smile and chuckle at how smug Raven seems to be over how well her plan is going. Looks like Raven found the first snag in her awesome plan, though. Her mood dropped over the idea of Beast Boy finding someone else to date. Almost sounds like Raven has a new mantra with the way she is repeating those words about her relationship.

Raven's relationship may be casual, but that doesn't mean it is an open relationship. She does not appreciate Rose eyeing Beast Boy. I doubt a 'real' relationship would have had Raven act any differently, unless being in a real relationship means throwing morals and the hero code put the window.

I wonder if seeing another woman potentially moving in on Beast Boy influenced Raven decision to take the physical aspect of their relationship to the next level. She even had for logic card to play in this situation as well, though the biggest obstacle was overcoming Beast Boy's beliefs.

Amazing how Raven was trying so hard to find the right words to describe what just happened between her and Beast Boy while avoiding the word love. Almost feels like Raven flipped a switch in herself after losing her virginity with the way she acted after.

And now they are sharing a room, and Raven is still chanting that new mantra of hers. Well, when you are pretty much acting like a married couple, going through the marriage ritual itself is just a formality at this point. This time it was Beast Boy using Raven's own logic against to make his point.

I really enjoyed reading this.

This story reminds me of another one. Just Friends by ThrowawayName. It focused on Cyborg arguing with Beast Boy about how Beast Boy is in a relationship with Raven and Beast Boy keeps saying they are just friends.
