Oh my God, I have finally finished this story! I'm so conflicted, torn between so fulfilled and satisfied with such a heartwarming ending yet also so sad I've finally finished it! I've adored the characterisation of these modern renditions of our favorite Phantom characters, especially Carlotta and Daroga, and for a pairing that is so rarely seen in the fandom Carlotta and Erik have so much potential and this story alone attributes to that! I'm so happy to have read this amazing fic! It's helped changed and shape my perception of the characters, and you have even given Christine and Erik a good, healthy relationship without it being romantic, and a happy ending for everyone - well, almost everyone ;) I'm glad Thibault got the ending he deserved, and Antonio, unsurprisingly, followed a very sad, lonely and unfulfilled life.

This has been perhaps the best Phantom fic I have ever read, with a pairing that is strangely not usually seen - which this story proves should probably be a more popular pairing given the potential it has! - and great characterisation, a well flowing plot and great chemistry between the main protagonists. Thank you for writing this story :)

Wow, such a great story from start to finish. I've only read one Erik/Carlotta before this and I really am surprised its such a rare pair-considering how often enemies get paired up.

I love the fact that you know so much about the Phantom of the Opera and everything is so factually correct. sorry it took so long to write! I'm really in love with the quietness of this chapter. a lot happens, but it's gentle compared to other revelations and goings-ons. It's calm, and sweet, and I love it! I love the explanation as to Erik's sudden return- so simple but so obvious in hindsight! What a wonderful explanation of how and why they're drawn together! AAAA i love it, i do!
