This is so beautiful in a twisted, heartbreaking way. You actually made me feel like I was a part of the story. It gave me chills and I just can't wait until the next chapter.

walt Disney and anime - really dark and twisted story, great writing though. I hope there is a more positive ending for those two, poor yugi's far too 'light' to have to deal with such a sad fate.

Brrrr, so angsty. Made me cry a bit, poor Yugi and Yami. Doing something they don't want to do yet they HAVE to... I wonder what the demon is, Zorc? Some other being? Wondering if you'll make a sequel for this... Looking forward to more!

Good chapter! I especially liked that you wrote them sliiiightly getting comfortable talking to each other via a game :) And "King's Gambit" - nicely used for Atem.

Gotta admit, I hate horror stories, but since it's Atem and Yuugi, I can't help but read it! Great first chapter, looking forward to the next!

Looks like a good start so far. The scene where the spirit possed Yugi and used him as a speaking piece was really creepy. The intereaction between Ryou and Jou was also very nice. I am curious about how the Puffship and Tendership put in the summery, does this imply a tear in Ryou and Jou's relationship or that there is some other situation that will happen in the coming chapters.
