And until Harry is of Age Lily has the full right to manage the Potter Fortune and Vote the Potter seats. Heck, I would even show the Ghosts of James' parents siding with Lily and Harry. And even going so far as to order the disbanding of Order of the Phoenix. And show Charles Fleamont Potter Laying into Dumbledore for his foolishness. Heck Even show the Ghost agree with the Queens plans to Clean up and reform Magical Britain.

Plus I remember one time I was watching some Old Family movies and I remember one Time that Diana was so damned mad she punched somebody for pudding her off threatening her families privacy and threatening the safety of her boys and she hated abusers with a passion so she would easily have punch James Potter plus Ordered Lily to claim her other son and Told James that she would make sure he never had access to either of his boys ever again. In fact, Diana was too much like my mother. Protective and yet can be ladylike but too much a tomboy. This James would find himself with a bloody broken nose a split lip and a bunch of broken and knocked out teeth.
